Powers and Duties of Guardian
The following Powers and Duties of the Guardian shall apply and form an integral part of this WILL.
5. Custody of Bequeathed Assets
Act as a custodian of the bequeathed assets on behalf of the minors.
- Use estate proceeds to pay for minors' well-being including residence, health and medical care, moral and social welfare, and anything that leads to the well-being of minors.
- Hire attorneys, chartered accountants, real estate agents, or auditors for efficient administration of Estate.
- Ensure that professional fees are reasonable and borne from the estate or shared among beneficiaries.
- Get reimbursed for reasonable personal expenses incurred in maintaining the Estate.
